Residential Walk-Thru Inspection

A walk-thru inspection may be what your looking for. There are no formal reports or written notes. Just the inspector, his tools and equipment, and the client.
One of our Certified Professional Inspectors will walk-thru the interior and exterior of the house with you and point out any defects or energy efficient updates. They will also make verbal recommendations for correction to the client.

Think of IR as a flashlight for hard to see places. It allows our inspectors to get a better picture of the current condition of the home.
