Expiring Warranty Inspections
A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before a builder’s or home warranty expires. The homeowner can then pass the report on to the issuing company’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs, or replacements of home components.
Residential Walk-Thru Inspection
If your looking for a less formal and less expensive option for maintenance ideas, preparation to sell, or piece of mind that the “contractor” you paid thousands of dollars to repair your home, did it properly? A walk-thru inspection may be what your looking for. There are no formal reports or written notes. Just the inspector, his tools and equipment, and the client.
One of our Certified Professional Inspectors will walk-thru the interior and exterior of the house with you and point out any defects or energy efficient updates. They will also make verbal recommendations for correction to the client.
If you suspect mold in your home, we’re here to help. We use the latest lab tests and analysis to detect hidden mold that may be in crawl spaces, between walls, and in other such areas of your home, to ensure you and your family are safe from mold infestations.
Think of IR as a flashlight for hard to see places. It allows our inspectors to get a better picture of the current condition of the home. Some things IR could potentially find are moisture intrusion, overloaded wiring, energy efficiency, plumbing leaks, missing insulation, air infiltration, window or door issues, pests, HVAC performance, and many more.
Although Infrared Technology cannot see through walls, it can provide our inspectors with the information to make an informed recommendation about the current condition of the home that other inspectors will miss.
